Summary
Play fair, don’t cheat, don’t harass others, and don’t attempt to break or abuse the service. We can moderate content and accounts to keep the game safe and balanced.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and JMB Gaming (“we,” “us,” “our”). You must follow any in-game rules, policies, or notices we provide. If there’s a conflict, these Terms control.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to legally enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age required to consent in your region, you may only use the Service with permission of a parent/guardian.

3. Accounts, Security, and Access

  • Account responsibility: You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • Accurate info: Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
  • Security: Do not share passwords. Use a strong password and protect your login.
  • One person, one account: Unless explicitly allowed, using multiple accounts (“multis”) to gain an advantage may result in punishment.
  • Access control: We may require verification or restrict access to protect the Service.

4. Player Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, exploit, automate, bot, script, or use unauthorized third-party tools.
  • Abuse bugs or unintended mechanics; report them instead.
  • Harass, threaten, dox, stalk, or discriminate against others.
  • Spam, scam, or attempt to trick users into giving passwords or personal info.
  • Attempt to compromise accounts, bypass bans, or interfere with the Service (DDoS, probing, injection, etc.).
  • Post content that is illegal, hateful, or promotes violence or self-harm.

We can remove content, issue warnings, restrict features, or suspend/ban accounts based on our enforcement policies.

5. Game Economy, Balance, and Resets

  • Virtual items have no real-world value. Currency, items, and progress are licenses to use in-game features.
  • Balance changes: We may modify drop rates, prices, mechanics, rewards, or features to maintain balance.
  • Corrections: We may correct mistakes (including currency/item grants, leaderboards, or stats) if the economy is impacted.
  • Wipes/resets: Some modes/events may include resets; we will communicate material changes when feasible.

6. User-Generated Content

You may be able to post content (chat, messages, profiles, forums, etc.). You retain ownership of what you create, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for operating and promoting the Service.

  • You must have rights to the content you post.
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms or our rules.
  • We may keep logs/records for safety, moderation, and legal compliance.

7. Purchases, Donations, and Virtual Goods

  • Voluntary support: If you donate or purchase virtual goods, you’re supporting the Service.
  • No cash value: Virtual currency/items are not redeemable for real money and cannot be exchanged outside the Service.
  • Final sale: To the extent permitted by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered.
  • Chargebacks: Fraudulent disputes/chargebacks may result in revocation of benefits and account action.
  • Taxes/fees: You are responsible for any applicable taxes or payment provider fees.

8. Privacy

We collect and process limited data needed to operate the Service (e.g., account details, gameplay state, and security logs such as IP/device data). We use this for account management, gameplay, moderation, fraud prevention, and analytics. We do not sell your personal information.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, broke game rules, or harmed the Service or other players. We may also restrict features or remove content as part of enforcement.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Some data may remain in backups/logs for a limited time.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that defects will always be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JMB Gaming will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
